Savannah Wedding Photographer | Dan & Erin

I la la la looove Dan & Erin. They are so completely perfect for each other.

I met Erin in middle school and she was just as sweet and lovely then as she is today. She and Dan live in Ohio, but I wish wish wish they’d move back to Florida. 😉

These two loved every  single minute of their wedding weekend. Erin and Dan are the kind of couple that were just, above all else, so genuinely excited about being husband and wife. Before they saw each other on the wedding day, when you’d mention  Erin’s name, Dan just got a twinkle in his eye. The same happened with her. It may sound silly, but it was so beautiful to see. I can just imagine these two as little grandparents sitting side by side in their rocking chairs at 75 years old, still as in love as the day they were married, and even more so. They are just that cute!

It was an honor to document their wedding day, and be a part of it. Here are the other vendors that made their day so special:

Wedding Coordinators: Posh Petals and Pearls -By the way, these ladies were amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ceremony site: Whitefield Chapel

Reception Venue: The Olde Pink House

Hair: Salon Della Vita

Bridal Gown: Designed by Sottero and Midgley from Cincinnati Bridal and Formal

Bridemaid Dresses: Bill Levkoff

Florist: Garden on the Square

Videographer: Savannah Wedding Films

Decorative Accents: Cathy’s Concepts

Erin had custom beers made for the guy’s to drink on the wedding day- Love it!
Dan and Erin chose to have a “first look” instead of waiting to see each other at the ceremony. I always love first looks because it gives the bride and groom a quiet moment to just enjoy each other and prepare for the day ahead of them. It’s also really nice to get a ton of amazing photos before the wedding even officially begins! 🙂
Did you see the episode of The Office where Jim and Pam got married? They kept taking “mental pictures” so the day wouldn’t go by so quickly. Dan and Erin had been doing the same all weekend. After the previous photo, they both looked up at the arch way and decided to take one. So cute. 🙂
The Whitefield Chapel is so beautiful. It is located at The Bethesda School for Boys just a few minutes outside of downtown Savannah. I love the brick floors and original, old wood pews.
During a portion of the ceremony, Erin’s grandfather played the mandolin. It was such a beautiful touch.
Dan is a pilot and Erin had the adorable idea for their friends and family to throw paper air planes as they left the chapel.
Before we headed to the reception, we stopped by the old Lucas Theatre that is just around the corner from The Olde Pink House. Erin has loved theatre and been involved in the arts since she was a child, so it was a perfect fit. 🙂
Erin’s awesomely talented little sister Hailey made the beautifully painted signs that were on the guest tables and Dan and Erin’s chairs.
This was a really cute moment… Erin’s dad was giving his toast and announced that he has a gift for Dan. I love how Erin looks so interested to see what it could be.
So the story is that Dan just loooves Bacon. They even has bacon ice cream after dinner. YES.. bacon ice cream. 🙂

Congrats, Dan & Erin. I know you are loving married life. I hope you look back on your photos and remember all those sweet moments that made your day so special.
